All apartments are non-smoking; pets are not allowed.

Check-in must be arranged by phone by appointment with a manager who delivers the keys and in any case not before 15.00

Check-out must be done by 10.00

Note: Since January 2011 a tourist tax has been introduced for the city of Rome. The tax is 3.50 Euros per person per night (excluding children under 10). La tassa non è inclusa nel prezzo e va pagata in contanti all’arrivo.
